He graduated in electrical and electronics engineering from Bangalore University, India, in 1996 and earned his master’s degree of MBA from the University of Roorkee, India, in 2000. He has been leading the company as the president since 2014 and playing an immense role in building external relationships. He is also the president of Federation of Nepal Cable Television, President of ISPAN, Executive Committee Member (Nepal Young Entrepreneur,2009-2011), General Secretary (Nepal Cable Television Association, 2007-2012), Publisher & Editor (Nepal Cable News, 2003), President (Nepal Cable TV, Central Zone, 2002- 2003), General Secretary (Leadership Training for services, Graduate unit, 1991). He has also worked as an Electrical Engineer at Nepal Electricity Authority for three years and as a senior engineer in K&S Enterprises Nepal. He is actively involved in coordinating national and international media and reforming the business globally.
Binaya Mohan Saud is the CEO, a founder and one of the board members of Subisu Cablenet Ltd. Mr. Saud began his career in Rural Electrification as a field engineer and then got involved with IT entrepreneurship. In the inceptionperiod, he was hugely involved with planning and procurement for the foundation of the company.His leadership and experience have played a pivotal role in carving the company into the present stage. Since his association with Subisu, he has been a valued member of the planning and operations department. With 22+ years of experience in the field of Information Technology, he aims to provide the innovative IT services for the company and betterment of Nepalese society.
Surendra Bahadur Shrestha is a founder and a board member of Subisu Cablenet Ltd. He had previously operated various family businesses, such as Dosham Carpets,in the production of Tibetan carpets, Tibet Cottage Pvt. Ltd. Since his association with Subisu, he is committed to developing and improvising the financial infrastructure through an efficient financial software system.
Deepak Shrestha is a founding member and a member of the Board of Directors of SUBISU Ltd. With over 23 years of experience in operations and an extensive background in IP engineering and data centers, he has played a crucial role in the company's growth and success.
Currently, Mr. Shrestha serves as the Managing Director of DataHub Nepal, a leading data center and cloud service provider in Nepal. In this role, he leverages his expertise to ensure the delivery of critical services and maintain network stability. Subash Adhikari is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Subisu Cablenet Ltd. with over 12 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and various other projects. He was involved as a Project Manager and completed the Province 2 Project (subsidized by NTA). At present, his role is to enhance business growth, formulate strategies to cope up with the competitive market, create opportunities and market segments for respective branches in consideration to business growth and viability. In addition to BBU, He is currently leading another project "Build Optical Broadband Network and Provide Internet Access Connectivity Services in 5 Districts"(Chitwan, Nawalpur, Nawalparasi, Rupandehi and Kapilvastu).
Anil Bohara is the acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. With more than 17 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting Operation management in Subisu Cablenet Ltd. Mr. Bohara is a highly accomplished, results-driven senior accounting and financial management executive. He is involved in analyzing the risks and opportunities behind the numbers as well as recommending strategic thinking and direction for the overall growth of the organization.
Gyanendra Raj Dhakal is the Vice President of Subisu Cablenet Ltd in the department of RF engineering. He holds more than thirty years of experience in Optical Transport, Satellite Communications, and Radio Frequency Technologies. He is involved with research on Optical Networking, DWDM, RF, Digital Video Broadcasting and Terrestrial Communications with numerous years of International exposure.
Mr. Gautam has worked in the accounting and procurement department at Subisu Cablenet Ltd. for over twenty years. He is actively involved in the RTDF project for wireless and GPON and monitors FTTH and underground networking projects. Along with an MBA degree under his belt,Mr. Gautam holds sound knowledge of information technology and is an excellent communicator in the company. He upholds exceptional business relationships with international vendors distinctively with Chinese suppliers.
Rajat Kayasth is the Senior Vice President (VP) in Project Business Unit (PBU) at Subisu Cablenet Ltd. with over 24 years of combined experience in sales, marketing, and projects in the IT Sector of Nepal.Having joined Subisu 17 years ago, his role and purpose at present in PBU are positioning its growth strategy, cultivating opportunities in new and existing customer markets.He was also part of Subisu's Retail, Enterprise, and Business Development Team.
Nabin Bajracharya is the vice president of Operational Management at Subisu Cablenet Ltd for the past 15 years.Since he joined as operational manager, he has also been extensively serving as a lead Optical Fiber Cable Network Engineer in the company. Before joining Subisu, he served as system engineer at C-Mode Engineers and Traders (P.) Ltd, and as a Network Design & Administrator At Golden Network (P.) Ltd. At Subisu, he is currently involved in system administration, network design, intranet, and network troubleshooting both hardware and software related platforms. Apart from that, his role also includes fiber links and fiber network planning, implementation, and management.
Ram Krishna Pariyar is the Vice President in R&D IP Engineering who has 20 years of operational and academic experience in network security with several vendors like Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, and Brocade and so on. Being one the best in this field, Mr. Pariyar has advanced knowledge and skills in planning, designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise and ISP/NSP networks.
