Internet bandwidth issues have been observed in International network which is the result of changes in content delivery protocol of TikTok (a popular short video social media app). This changes in TikTok was sudden and the ISPs were not pre-informed about it for proactive approach to manage the internal capacity.
To resolve this issue, Subisu team are continuously coordinating with the team of TikTok & Akamai and the solution for better customer experience in Internet is expected to receive within 10 days. We highly appreciate the support and understanding of our valuable customers in this crisis situation.
